Agreement

By submitting our contact form or using Selflyx services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The Service

Selflyx provides an AI-powered receptionist service for salon businesses in the United States. The service answers inbound calls to your salon, collects caller information, and assists with appointment scheduling — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The service operates via call forwarding from your existing salon number to our AI system. No hardware installation is required.

Eligibility

• Service is available to US-based salon businesses only
• You must have a valid US phone number capable of call forwarding
• You must be 18 years or older and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business

Subscription and Billing

Selflyx operates on a month-to-month subscription. There are no long-term contracts.

• Billing occurs monthly from the date your service goes live
• Pricing is agreed upon before service activation and confirmed in writing
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days written notice sent to hello@selflyx.com. No cancellation fees apply. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

Your Responsibilities

• Accurately provide your salon's name, hours, services, and pricing during setup
• Enable call forwarding from your salon number to the Selflyx number we provide
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your salon hours, services, or contact information
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime and 24/7 availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party platform outages, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions. We will notify clients of planned downtime in advance.

Results and Disclaimers

Results such as "average $3,600/month recovered" are based on industry data and are not guaranteed outcomes. Actual results depend on your call volume, appointment value, and other factors specific to your business. Selflyx does not guarantee any specific revenue outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selflyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All AI systems, software, and configurations used to deliver the service are owned by Selflyx or its technology partners. Clients receive a non-exclusive right to use the service during their subscription period only.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
