From your client’s activity to a finished close.
Scope agreed in writing, named access to the client’s own file, the month run in the background, and a completed close handed back for your review.
Agree the scope
We agree which client, which accounts, which period, and what stays with your firm. Turnaround, the correction process and data terms go in writing before anything starts.
Named access
You grant named, revocable accountant-user access to the client’s own file. No bank credentials, no shared passwords.
Establish a clean starting point
We review prior reconciliations, the chart of accounts, opening balances, missing records, and anything that would distort a first close. If catch-up work is needed we quote it separately.
Run the month
Our system does most of the work. Anything needing a judgment call is surfaced rather than guessed at, and comes back to you when only the client can answer it.
Complete the close
We finish the agreed checklist and prepare the financial statements, with our accountants reviewing and signing off before it reaches you.
You have the final say
You receive the completed close, the open questions, and a short note on what changed. Nothing goes to your client until you release it.
What comes back each month.
Delivered to your firm, under your brand, for your review.
Close and statements
Completed books, profit and loss, balance sheet, and documented open questions.
Profit and cash view
A summary of performance and material cash movement, ready to pass on in your own words.
Monthly explanation
A concise note on changes, issues, and anything requiring attention.
Simple, reliable delivery.
One clearly scoped month. After reviewing the result, you decide whether to continue.
We agree on a target close date. Late or incomplete source information may move that date.
When something needs your input, we send one short email with plain options. Most months need little or no reply.
Email is the default channel. We reply to engagement questions on business days. No separate portal to check.
